Our flu shot clinic is as follows:
Wednesday - October 24, 2007 8:00a.m. - 11:00a.m.
Days & hours of clinic are subject to change based upon flu shot availability.
Flu shots will only be given to established Weaverville Family Medicine patients. If you are not a patient here or have not been here in over three years you will not be able to receive your flu shot here.
Medicaid patients will only be given a flu shot if they are high risk.
Out of state BC/BS members will be responsible for a $20.00 charge at the time services are rendered.
The cost of the flu shot for self pay patients is $33.00
Thursday - October 25, 2007 8:00a.m. - 11:00a.m.
Monday - October 29, 2007 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m.
Monday - November 5, 2007 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m.
Wednesday - November 7, 2007 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m.
