Our flu shot clinic is as follows:
Tuesday - October 13, 2009 8:30a.m. - 12:00p.m. & 1:00p.m. - 4:00p.m.
Flu shots will only be given to established Weaverville Family Medicine patients. If you are not a patient here or have not been here in over three years you will not be able to receive your flu shot here.
Medicaid patients will only be given a flu shot if they are high risk.
Out of state BC/BS members will be responsible for a $20.00 charge at the time services are rendered.
The cost of the flu shot for self pay patients is $35.00
Wednesday - October 14, 2009 8:30a.m. - 12:00p.m. & 1:00p.m. - 4:00p.m.
Wednesday- October 21, 2009 8:30a.m. - 12:00p.m.
Days & hours of clinic are subject to change based upon flu shot availability.
This webpage and our phone messaging system will have the changed schedule if necessary.
