Pharmaceutical Representative
On Site Visits

As most of you have probably heard Preferred Time is no longer scheduling representative visits. Due to this fact we will be responsible for scheduling all visits. We have received a list of all visits currently scheduled through August 15th from Preferred Time. This list includes lunches & on site rep visits. We have built a schedule in our system in order to keep track of all visits. If you wish to confirm a visit please do not hesitate to contact Janine Mazur, Business Office Manager (828) 645-3066 ext 3025. When you are in the office the Front Office Staff will be able to schedule your next visit to the office as well as lunches. Lunches will only be scheduled 3 months out and you will only be able to schedule one on site visit each time you are here.

At this time there are several ways to schedule on site visits as well as lunch visits; schedule when you are here, call the office, stop by if you are in the area or by e-mailing jmazur@charterinternet.com. Again, the the front office can schedule these visits for you or you can schedule them by calling the front office or by calling Janine Mazur.

We will also be calling to confirm all lunch appointments on the Thursday or Friday of the week before they are scheduled.
